When kids do not have a consistent means to express their wants and needs, make decisions, or communicate choices, it may result in frustration, tantrums and even isolation. Create and Customize Audio & Visual Requests
Easily create audio visual requests based on your child’s routine. Our integration with stock photos allows you to set up familiar requests in a matter of seconds. Caregivers have the ability to select from hundreds of stock photos or upload their own photo to represent a request. Lil Requester offers the flexibility of using your own voice or our automated multilingual text to speech technology to speak the words when your child presses a pictured icon.
Intelligent functional use
Lil requester prevents non-functional use by auto locking when unproductive repetition (often called stimming) is detected, requiring adult action. You can also easily activate and lock child requesting workspace, temporarily disabling access to other features and apps on your device. That makes for a more productive use of our platform.

Adapts as language skills grow
We know every child is different. Lil Requester can be easily customized to accommodate a child’s specific language level and grow with his or her skills. During your first use, answer a few quick questions in an initial assessment and the app will recommend Kid Level 1 or 2. Level 1 allows a child to request using 1 step, simply by selecting an icon that represents a desired activity (such as, “I want to play”). Level 2 offers sub activities under a main activity. A child completes a 2-step action of selecting a a main activity (such as, “I want to play”), and a more specific request within that activity (for example, “blocks” or “ball”). Start a child at either level, and change it at any time.”
